For this card, I punched out a mask with a scallop circle punch, sponged and stamped around the mask.
Cardstock is from Papertrey Ink and StampinUp!. Stamp set is Papertrey's set, Flip Out. I used flower stickers for embellishments, popped up flipflop with mounting tape. Lacey border punch is Martha Stewart.

Hi there, Your card is really sweet. I LOVE those flip-flops. I haven't tried my hand at this technique yet but I SO love all things PTI, so thanks for sharing and inspiring me to try.
I would love to become your new follower, if that's OK with you. I'd also like to personally invite you to play along with us at Word Art Wednesday when you are able. We'd LOVE to have your beautiful art linked in our challengrs, and I think you'd have lots of fun.
Blessings,
Karen
